[newbie] Darwin on Apple Network Servers?

Hi,
I've been using MacOS X for some months now, but have still not installed
Darwin on anything yet. One (well 2 in fact) likely looking candidates
are my Apple Network Servers (the 604e based UNIX (AIX) servers with
internal RAID, dual power supplies etc.).

Does anyone know if a Darwin kernel exists for these beasts... there are
YellowDog Linux / LinuxPPC kernels which work, but they've always been a
bit of a black art (compared to installing Linux on normal macs), not
least because of the weird implementation of OpenFirmware on them.

It'd be great to get Darwin / XFree86 running on them if I could.

Thanks in advance for any info,
Ken
