Re: 'w' and 'uptime' stopped working



Since Darwin is based on FreeBSD, has your libkvm been updated?
and have you compiled a new kernel because if you have, then w, ps, uptime
all won't work until you have a new kernel and rebooted. An easy way to
find out is with and look at the timestamps of the files...

root@oahu [2:56pm][/home/vince] >> ldd /usr/bin/w
/usr/bin/w:
libkvm.so.2 => /usr/lib/libkvm.so.2 (0x28067000)
libc.so.4 => /usr/lib/libc.so.4 (0x2806d000)
