"GnuPG" compiles successfully under Darwin. Follow the instructions under http://www.gnupg.org. GPG needs a /dev/random device (Try the one from Darwinfo) or egd (available on the same page as GnuPG). Read the installation instructions and you shouldn't get too many errors.
GnuPG unfortunately can't read all the keys you made with PGP on Windows or < MacOS X.
