I think it would be IOSCSIPeripheralDeviceType05 attached to a nub called IOSCSIPeripheralDeviceNub.

The 05 at the end corresponds to SCSI device type. So hard drives would be IOSCSIPeripheralDeviceType00, tape IOSCSIPeripheralDeviceType01, etc.
