Re: compiling nessus



Good luck. I have only been able to get 1.0.9 compiled, and that was using
a combination of fink, and the 1.1.13 libraries.

It is not a simple task. There are reports of other folks getting the 1.1.x
versions to compile "out of the box", but I am very skeptical of those
claims. Most are installing it without GTK+ support, and others have
heavily modified machines (and are probably just better coders than me).
