Newbie Script Question

Hello,
I am still new at this Darwin stuff and I was wondering how to start a
Unix script. I think it is something like

#!/bin/usr

I also wanted to know how to write a script with multiple commands for
example, a script that would open VI then use the
n!!command
command.
