cvs init

I'm trying to initialize a CVS repository, but I get an error that
there is a missing library:

% cvs init
dyld: cvs can't open library: /usr/lib/libkrb5.3.0.dylib (No such
file or directory, errno = 2)

I've installed the developer tools from Apple's site, but still no
go. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
