My panther book has an appendix that goes into this all in great depth.
Apple Eu also has me over to the UK pretty frequently to speak on the
subject. Contact email@hidden <mailto:email@hidden> if
you are a major accounts customer (Oxford is) and wish to attend.
There is only so much you can get from a book, as opposed to asking. I
can vouch for these sessions. I attended one in Oslo, Norway last
September and it was quite helpful, if only to be able to ask those few
questions you cannot google for, without drowning.
