This is probably the caching bug that I and others have seen. I have a
widget that exhibited the same problem and ended up appending a
trailing value that was always different so the URL ended like this:
foo.php?ts_cache=<currenttime>
This makes the URL different and the caching problem goes away (well
sorta -- it's just masked ;-)).
