Are you positive? Dashboard is a bit picky about it's info.plist - it probably really wants a boolean there (and a string that says "YES" or the number 1 may not cut it). I noticed this when it wasn't paying attention to the width I had specified because it was entered as a string "100" instead of a number 100.

Open up your plist with Property List Editor and see...
