Hi Ludwig,

It adds the event handlers dynamically; see lines 185-190.  Although please don't depend on this code staying exactly the same; you shouldn't need to know how it works :-)

Yes!  Please use AppleInfoButton, it will save you a whole lot of headache.  Have a look at the new Fader sample to see how it's done (and mind the packaging and plist changes as well; see the comments in Fader.html).
