I would think that you wouldn't want the widget to actaully quit. Just
have the app quit, and the widget turn into a power button or
something....
i.e. for iTunes, I can close and open iTunes from the widget, and when
iTunes is closed the widget displays a power-on button.
quitting the widget itself seems a bit odd....since a user would then
have to go and find it again on possibly many pages of the scrollbar
at the bottom.
