The names are obvious. The nonworking version use AppleScrollbar/
AppleScrollArea, while the working version use Scroller.js.
Appart from differences in main .html, .js and .css file, the Scripts/
Stretcher.js file also has some minor differences. This is because
the method for refreshing/hiding/showing the scrollbar is different
when you are using AppleClasses and Scroller.js.
