Dashcode is available with the Mac OS X Leopard Preview only.
Just as a friendly reminder, Leopard and Dashcode are covered by a non-disclosure agreement, so discussing them on lists like dashboard-dev isn't allowed at this time.
One piece of advice I can offer: try your widget with a Web Kit nightly build, available from <http://nightly.webkit.org/>. Web Kit, the technology that powers Dashboard and Safari, is rapidly evolving and recent changes in the engine may affect your widgets. Ensuring that your widget runs with a Web Kit nightly is a pretty good indicator that your widget will work in Leopard.
