It hasn't affected any of my widgets, though those do both network
and system calls to command line tools, so they are pretty heavy
duty. It's possible that the version of php on the system changed,
which would affect you. It might be worthwhile adding some alert()
debug statements into your code to determine why you are getting a
blank widget. That will write out to the console. I'd also suggest
trying to run the php commands via the terminal to verify they still
return what you expect. Finally, make sure your info.plist allows
system calls.

I don't do anything particularly special in the widget. I do user
widget.system to call command-line PHP to read the contents of a
directory. Was there a change to the Info.plist parameters
required to allow this kind of thing?
