Startup crash on intel?

I've tried to run Dashcode on my MacBookPro (on 10.4.8), and it crashes every time right after launch. I'm curious if anyone else is seeing the same failure. The relevant part of the failure message is:

Exception:  EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)
