Re: Widgets with iPhone?



I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that there is a distinction between widgets and applications.

I may well be wrong...

On the other hand, even if I am wrong and Apple treats widgets like apps, in the 10+ years I've been following SJ at the helm, he frequently says something when it suits his plan and then changes to the exact opposite later. Anyone remember his quote about video on iPods?

I think we can just all take a deep breath, relax, and wait for 6 months till the iPhone and Leopard come out and then see if something is different.

However, making a big stink and never dropping the subject on some Apple monitored channels may also get the message across...
