Just released a widget I've been working on for around two years. :-)
It has examples of common questions inside it like:
• How do I activate and deactivate the dashboard.
• How do I get my widget to communicate with a third party application
using applescript.
• How do I show simple animations.
• How do I create a Queue to run code.
Most of these questions I didn't have answered so I had to find
examples from multiple widgets, websites, books.
The only caveat is it works with Omni Group's OmniFocus application
which you'll need to download.
Much thanks to the developers at Apple who created Dashcode with some
great code snippets.
