Audio CDs

Burning Audio CDs I've noticed a problem.
My tracks are getting corrupted. The first one burns and then when it ends, 14 seconds of the next track is tacked on to the end of it. You can't tell when listening to the CD but it's taking the first 14 seconds of each track and putting it on the end of the first.
any ideas?
