Re: Buffer underrun problem burning audio CDs

Thanks Reese.  I should have asked sooner!  He has 10.5.8 (Intel).  Would you happen to know if that is one of the OS X versions affected?  I am running that myself and I have no problems (but I do have a different drive).  That apart it does, however, fit all the known facts.  The iMac I burned on successfully is running 10.6.2.

Many thanks,

Paul Sanders,

Paul,

What OS is your customer using?  This issue should be fixed in SnowLeopard (10.6.2).  It occurs when burning Little-Endian .WAV and .AIF files through DiscRecording.

If your user is using Leopard they should be able to convert the audio files using afconvert (afconvert -h for usage) to workaround this problem.
