Probably what you have got is a i frame only MPEG-2, generated by Matrox
or Fast or Pinnacle PC Software, this type of file has to be reencoded for
DVD authoring and, because it is way to large to be multiplexed -
authoring software needs IPB or IPBB MPEG-2. You can try with DAikin
software on a PC, if my analysis fits.
