Marker to menu

Here's a production question. I'm working on a promotional DVD for a spa
resort, and I want to run 5-10 secs of video before each facet of the spa,
and then go to a webpage-style menu. Is it possible to do this with markers,
or do I have to make distinct tracks for each menu I am creating?
