The procedure for creating a Hybrid disc that has additional files is
undocumented and a little tricky, the easiest way is to use Toast 5 and
just drag your VIDEO_TS and other files to the root level of the disc then
burn.

As for the scrolling text, it is a very difficult thing to get it to encode
smoothly because one of the things that MPEG has trouble with is sharp
edges, so there are a few tricks that you can do. First is to blur the text
slightly, I know it sounds weird, but it will help. Or add a drop shadow.
