dvd registration

Dear Colleagues When entering DVD Studio Pro 1.1 registration no the the
send command box is not activated consequently I cannot enter programme. I
have just purchased the programme, but have not been able to open programme
because of the inactive button on registration form What can I do. Has
anyone else had this problem thanks, email@hidden
