This site is selling DVD-5 (Single Layer / Single Side) and DVD-10 media
(Single Layer / Dual Side). DVD-9 (Dual Layer / Single Side) and DVD-18
(Dual Layer / Dual Side) burnable media does not exist because no one has
come out with a recordable drive that can successfully burn to the lower
layer without burning data to the top layer.

If you're mastering to DVD-9 or DVD-18 a few houses will offer a trial disc
that you can have sent to you to verify your content before they run off
from the glass master.

Nothing is worse than a DVD-9 that is filled with useless content though.
I've seen sooo many people spend extreme amounts of cash for replication on
projects that did not warrant the additional 4 GB of space. Behind the
scenes features are good if they have a point, but no one wants to see an
extra 30 minutes of the director picking his nose and yelling at the actors
and crew.
