Buffer Underrun

Help!
I have iDVD2 and was simply trying to do what I've done before -- make a simple DVD with menus and three layers of folders. All the menus have video buttons. The project Duration is 84 minutes (if that is accurate) and I have 7,315 gigs of free space and a half gig of ram. I've made two platters -- twelve bucks and the 43 gigs of space the project is taking up on my drive is driving me crazy.

At the end of the whole rendering process I get a message that errors were experienced and that I had a buffer underrun. Does that mean I have too little space on my hard drive? Should I burn from or to another drive? Do I have too many rendered buttons?
