DLT and DDP authorization

I have published several DVD titles up to now and I faced the problem of
DDPID.DAT file
that DVDSP outputs to tape. The solution is to rename the file to plain
"DDPID".
But now I am facing a very strong problem.
My last tiles, although I create a DVD-R to preview them, when they go to
the duplicator,
and there they try to load the files from tape to HD, they get the message
"tape input block (128) < record block (128) and the copy procedure is
aborted.
This thing happens on the DDPID and CONTROL.DAT files only.
I've tried with compressed and non-compressed density with the DLT, I've
tried new MAC OS
(a fresh one) but nothing good happened.
Any advise will be precious.
