What is the best PDA to get for use with the Mac and syncing?

I would prefer something NOT Microsoft based... I do have a real sweet Zauraus with pull out keyboard and the works. Runs Linux but syncing with iSync is not an option.

I am in the market for a PDA that I can use.... preferably small and stylish... not Microsoft based (although that is not set in stone if the PDA is THAT GOOD :).

Would like web browsing abilities as well. This unit will be used to demo the Mac abilities with several medical applications I have written... wireless 11b also required .
