That middleware is PC only. The helpdesk will not assist you with non-Microsoft Windows issues.


Apple provides the middleware for Tiger (though you could buy ActivCard's middleware for Jaguar, they never bothered to port to Panther as Apple filled that gap itself).

I haven't tested the 64k CACs yet on Tiger but I don't expect any issues. See my previous email for what's likely happening to you.
