Enough keywords to remind me about what Uncle Bill did for the Soviets/Russians and us indirectly. It seems their database for keeping track of nuclear materials is/was a M$ program and it seems they lost some materials or at least that is what the database said. This was published in the IEEE Spectrum a number of years back. There are few things more critical to keep careful track of than nuclear materials, what they are I don't know.
