[Fed-Talk] Digest cuts off stuff under NMCI

Not sure of this has ever been discussed here, but I get the daily
fed-talk digest sent via email. Today's digest, with only one topic,
looked like this:

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Message: 1
Date: Thu, 20 Apr 2006 07:58:59 -0700
From: Shawn Geddis <email@hidden>
Subject: Re: [Fed-Talk] More SCR243 problems

Cc: email@hidden
Message-ID: <email@hidden>

------------------------------

The link in the URL gives me an error. This has been happening more and
more. I suppose it's because the person used HTML email, and the digest
is coming in plain text. Is there some way I can change this so that I
can actually SEE what's been posted without having to go online to the
archives to read it?
