Or visit http://cisr.nps.edu/pub_techrep.html and download the document
straight from there " CAC on a Mac: Setting up a DOD Common Access Card
Reader on the Macintosh OS X Operating System"

Subject: [Fed-Talk] CAC for MacBook

Okay everyone, I'm a user who tries to learn just enough to be
dangerous. I've copied the firmware update from SCM for my ActivCard
CAC reader. Now what do I do? I know I have to "flash" it, but what
the heck is that?

I gotta get my CAC working on my MacBook or I'll be reduced to making
daily drives to the nearest NMCI brickstation to check my emails.

Anyone have a step-by-step a second grader can understand?

Thanks,
Bob
