With parallels I have to manually kill the pcscd so that Parallels
can get access to the SC reader. But with vmware it just attaches
when I select the device from the usb icon list at the bottom.
That's odd; I don't have this problem with Parallels myself. I give
Parallels control of the reader and everything Just Works.
