That applies if you have an OD Master set up on your server. If
you're set up as Standalone, you can do an Export from Workgroup
Manager but that won't preserve your passwords.

Go to Server Admin > OD > Archive
Backup your OD. Move the file to the new server. Then restore it
from the same panel.
That should take care of all your OD info. The rest of the services
are up to you.
