I created ADmitMac migration instructions for our site.  We don't (yet)
require AD-authenticated Admin accounts, but just in case, I tested and
documented this process:

>The local Macintosh administrator account is not tied to Active Directory. 
>If you create a second administrator account on the Macintosh, you can use
>that account to migrate the first administrator account to AD
>authentication, including credential caching.  Then use the AD
>authenticated administrator account to remove the second administrator
>account.

Easier methods might be available, but this works.
