All you need to do is keep the *latest* build of Mac OS X (Intel) you have. It will work on ALL systems that support Mac OS X (Intel) using an imaging model. You can even create Mac OS X 10.4.x (Universal) images with Mac OS X Server 10.4.x (Universal).


And even if you could get a standalone retail release of Mac OS X 10.4.x (Intel), it wouldn't include all of the things that ship with the machines (iLife, additional software, and so on). If you really want media, just keep images of one set of each media, and you're all set.

And as was previously noted, there's nothing to say there can't be a 10.4.10...
