Does anyone currently access their Govt (Exchange Server 2K7) email via CAC using Entourage 08 as the client?

I had it working under Exchange 2k3, but connectivity broke after my IT Dept upgraded to Exchange Server 2k7. I'm running on an Intel Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard.

For the record, they claim to have WebDAV enabled on the OWA CAS server (which I'm told is disabled out of the box).

All help is greatly appreciated.
