Hi all,
I'm a grad student at Carnegie Mellon University, and one of my research
projects pertains to CRC computations. How this relates to Firewire is
that I am interested in the order that the header and data CRCs are
computed over the packet data. To this end, I was wondering if anyone
could provide me with actual raw packet data (binary data) from a
firewire compliant device, where at least some of the packets are of a
type that contains both header and data CRCs. I am just going to
analyze the packets; the data itself won't be published anywhere.
