Just download them all, and double click on the first one.

I have the tools version on the 10.3 system. Is it the same or has it been updated?

There have been updates, mostly bug fixes.

By the way when I bought 10.3 I bought the 5 user version. I can't get it to install on my new G4 iBook. Has anyone else noticed this?
