    looking for the missing file, i come up with the following candidates:
     > agila:~/intel_fortran\> find . -name *dylib*
     > ./instman/libxerces-c1_7_0.dylib
     > agila:~/intel_fortran\> find . -name *xerces*
     > ./instman/libxerces-c1_7_0.dylib
     > ./instman/licenses/xerces

You could set an environment variable like DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH to help the dynamic linker find the dylib:

sudo env DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=$PWD ./si_secore -n XXXX-XXXXX
