Just search the list archives for _MAIN__ ._main etc. You will find dozens of messages on this topic. I posted some solutions about a week ago.

The problem usually relates to failures in the autoconf macro AC_F77_DUMMY_MAIN. A quick first try for a fix is update to the latest autoconf/automake/libtool you can find and regenerate the configure script. You will also find fixes in the autoconf stuff in packages like R or JAGS, but these should be in the autoconf distributions by now.
