I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I spent a long time a while back,
writing my own list display routines. At the time I cursed the lack of
anything available except for the List Manager... and here it is!

Does anybody know where there is any sample code using this SDK? It would
save me duplicating any MORE effort ;-)
