I believe the ellipsis is only needed if the user must enter more
information for the command to continue.

But, I do agree with your point about Apple's apps... they should make every
effort to conform as is possible. All of the Apple apps should be the
examples for other developers. I'm sure it'll happen at some point, but I
wish it had happened right off the bat with 10.0.
