On Updated Application CFBundleGetInfoString not correct until Log Out

Title: On Updated Application CFBundleGetInfoString not correct until Log Out
Hi,

After installing a package with a new CFBundleGetInfoString, the Application that was updated did not display the correct version string in the Get Info window until I logged out and logged back in.  The installed application package, however, DID have the correct plist file with the correct get info string.

Is there a way to tell the Finder to update its cache of information so that if the user were to check the app's Get Info window immediately after installing, the correct CFBundleGetInfoString would be displayed?
