OT/PPP

I'm developing a software who's connect with a configured ppp . I've done
the complete configuration and I test from the control panel what has
worked well. However, from my apliccation I can't connecting ( the way is
OT/PPP),but the aplication doesn't return any error message. After few
seconds the aplication will crash or freeze.
I4m using MacOs 9.0.4.

Anybody can help me??
