I don't know what's pre-installed, but it seems build-113 is the rogue. I
get -112 on my dual G4, and my i386 Mac mini, that have all been
Combo-updated to 10.4.7 with the J2SE 5 Release 4.0 then added. The
build-112 is also the only version listed here:

In the last several days, MacInTouch has cited 3 distinct builds of 10.4.7
on Mac Pros: 8K1054, 8K1079, and 8K1124. These are with respect to a
problem with the Path Finder program. Find 8K1054 on this page:

I suggest filing a bug-report to at least alert Apple that their reference
docs need updating:
