re-report bugs in DP1?

re-report bugs in DP1?

DP1 of the new Java VM on OS X works much better for my app in general than
did the 10.0 VM, but unfortunately several of the bugs I've reported are
still present in one form or another. These include:

-- XOR mode drawing is much improved, down from geological time scales to
sequoia time scales, but still much much slower than under OS 9

-- menus are dimmed after printing contents of a window

-- still can't select an application bundle (e.g., for a helper
application) using FileDialog

(there are more)

My query: If a problem persists apparently unchanged in DP1 should we add a
comment to that effect to our previous bug report? Should we file a new
report against DP1?
