Java and Eclipse

What plugins do people recommend for Eclipse for development of the following:

J2EE
J2ME
Struts and Tomcat

Are there any difficulties in developing on Mac OS X as opposed to say Linux or Windows

I know that for example the MIDP 2.0 WTK is not available on a Mac. I had a look but didn't find J2EE for OS X. I don't suppose I can use the Linux one? (Wouldn't make sense to me anyway). In that case where can I find it. i did a search on Apple's site and all that came up was WebObjects references. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
