sorry if jnilib is dynamic library it cannot be a bundle

bottom line: from 10.1 JVM can download jnilib as dynamic libraries (LIBRARY_STYLE = DYNAMIC linker option)
and as bundles (LIBRARY_STYLE = BUNDLE linker option)
