Localization of Application Menu

Hi all,

Is it possible to localize the Application Menu in pure Java
application? I am developing a Java application using Project Builder and
Eclipse. I managed to get all the menu bars localized according to my
system language settings, but I can't change the Application Menu language
such as About Application, Preferences, Services, Hide, Quit and etc.

I read up some of the documentation and understand that the Application
Menu is Mac OS X dependence. So I tried to put the .lproj locale folders
(empty, as suggested) under ~/Contents/Resources but it just won't work!

Does anyone with any successful case and experience? Please help!

Thanks!

Regards,

LESLIE LENG
